Cohort Keeper Free teardown

Retention installs for paid Skool communities

Most members quit before month two. We keep them.

Cohort Keeper installs an AI retention system in your community in 7 days. New members get routed, activated, and checked on before every early renewal. Fixed price. No sales call.

Illustrative cohort retention curve. Each row is a month of new members; each cell is the share still paying.

What cancellations cost you

Paid communities lose about 4 to 9% of members a month, according to public Skool benchmarks. Put in your numbers.

Revenue walking out each month
$3,822
Over 12 months
$45,864
Kept if churn drops by a third
$15,288 a year

Simple estimate: members x price x churn rate. It ignores compounding, so the real loss is higher.

What we install

Built on Skool's official Zapier integration. No unofficial APIs, no logins shared with bots.

  1. 01

    Routed onboarding

Your membership questions decide the path. A beginner and an advanced member get different first-week emails, different first lessons, and a different first win to chase.

  2. 02

    First-30-days activation

Nudges tied to the promise on your About page. If you promise a first product in 30 days, members get milestones at day 1, 7, 14, and 21.

  3. 03

    Pre-renewal check-ins

A check-in lands a few days before the first and second renewals, with the next live call or event as the reason to stay.

  4. 04

    Member FAQ agent

An AI assistant trained on your course content answers the same 40 questions you answer every week, so members get help at 2am.

From a real teardown, anonymized

We read your community the way a retention lead would

Every teardown uses only what is public: your About page, your promise, and your member reviews. Tenure lines like "still a paying member after 2 months" tell us more than you'd think.

"A 30-day refund guarantee plus a 30-day goal creates a churn and refund spike between days 30 and 60 if members stall. Milestone nudges at day 1, 7, 14, and 21 move them to the first product before the guarantee window closes."

Questions

Do I need Skool Pro?

Yes. Skool only offers its Zapier integration on the Pro plan, and that integration is how new members get routed and nudged.

Do you use unofficial Skool APIs or log in as me?

No. Everything runs through Skool's official Zapier integration and your own email tool. We never ask for your Skool password.

What do you need from me?

About 30 minutes for the intake form, admin access to set up Zapier, and your sign-off on the copy before launch.

Will members know it's automated?

Messages are written in your voice and sent from your name. The FAQ agent is labeled as an assistant.

Who's behind Cohort Keeper?

Cohort Keeper is a product of Automation Millionaire, a DBA of Novel Bookings LLC. We work in the background so your community stays about you.
